- 4. Closed Session under Texas Government Code Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E
A. Pursuant to Section 551.0821 of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate a matter regrading
a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily
be revealed by the deliberation.
Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, to consult with the District's
attorney on a matter in which the attorney has an ethical duty of confidentiality.
1. Consultation with the Board's attorney regarding the procedures for a Level III appeal.
2. Conduct hearing regarding the Level III appeal filed by Julie Madden, pursuant to Board
Policies FNG(LEGAL) and FNG(LOCAL).
3. Consultation with the Board's attorney and deliberation regarding the Level III appeal
filed by Julie Madden pursuant to Board Policies FNG(LEGAL) and FNG(LOCAL).
5. Return to open meeting
